Shipping policy
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within Switzerland only.
For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Swiss public holidays.
In case of unusually high order volume, shipping may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you by email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post or a comparable shipping provider.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Switzerland: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
We reserve the right to offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
5. Transfer of Risk (Swiss Law)
In accordance with Art. 185 Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), the risk transfers to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping provider.
This means that once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transport-related damage or loss passes to the customer.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Please document the damage immediately (photos).

Report the damage to the delivery service upon receipt, if possible.
