Refund policy

 

1. No Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations, OR), there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases unless explicitly granted by the seller.

As we specialize in secondhand (used) vintage clothing, all sales are final. We therefore do not offer returns or exchanges.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Product Condition & Description

All items offered in our store are pre-owned vintage pieces.
Each product is:

  • Thoroughly inspected for defects, wear, and damage
  • Photographed accurately to reflect its current condition

  • Provided with measurements and/or the size indicated on the garment label

Please note that vintage and used items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Minor imperfections are considered characteristic of secondhand clothing and do not constitute defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition ratings before completing their purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that:

  • You receive an item that was materially misdescribed
  • You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Description of the issue

If a justified claim is confirmed, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer a partial refund,
  • Provide a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a full refund upon return of the item.
  • Returned items must be sent back in the condition received.

4. Exclusion of Further Claims

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, further warranty claims are excluded. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
